Refund Policy — 30-Day "Cleaner Dog" Guarantee

We want you and your dog to love your Dinuit gear. If you're not happy with your purchase, you're covered by our 30-day money-back guarantee.

Returns. You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging. To start a return, email dinuitstore@gmail.com with your order number. We'll reply within 1–2 business days with return instructions. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or isn't what you ordered, email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo or short video of the issue. We'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund — your choice. No need to return the damaged item.

Refunds. Once your return is received and inspected (or your damage claim is approved), we'll process your refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. You'll receive an email confirmation when it's done.

Order cancellations. Need to cancel? Email us within 12 hours of placing your order. After that window, your order may already be processed and will need to follow the standard return process.

Late or missing refunds. If you haven't received your refund after 10 business days, first check with your bank or card provider (processing times vary). Still nothing? Contact us at dinuitstore@gmail.com and we'll sort it out.
