Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping at Dinuit. We currently ship to the United States only.

Processing time. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after your order is confirmed. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping time. Standard shipping takes 6–12 business days after processing. In total, please allow 7–15 business days from purchase to delivery. Shipping is free on all US orders — no minimum required.

Tracking. Every order includes tracking. If your tracking number hasn't updated within 5 business days of receiving it, contact us and we'll look into it right away.

Delays. Occasionally, carriers experience delays beyond our control (weather, holidays, high demand). If your order hasn't arrived within 20 business days of purchase, contact us at dinuitstore@gmail.com and we will make it right — with a replacement or a full refund.

Wrong address. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice an error, email us within 12 hours of placing your order and we'll do our best to correct it before shipment.
